SEAToday.com, Jakarta - Garuda Indonesia became the official airline of South Korea's biggest music awards, the 38th Golden Disc Awards, which was held at the Jakarta International Stadium (JIS) on Saturday (1/6).
President Director of PT Garuda Indonesia (Persero), Irfan Setiaputra, said Garuda Indonesia supported the GDA event by adding the Jakarta-Seoul flight route on January 7.
Irfan said this was Garuda Indonesia's strategic move to accelerate the recovery process of national tourism.
"Garuda Indonesia's support for the Golden Disc Award will not only be able to provide a seamless flight experience for passengers, but can also be a separate impetus for the peak of the recovery of Indonesia's tourism sector by introducing Indonesia in the eyes of the world, especially for South Korean music fans," Irfan said.
